TA2 pure titanium with basic introduction:
Industrial pure titanium according to the impurity content of different, divided into TA1, TA2 and TA3 three grades. The gap between the three kinds of industrial pure titanium is gradually increasing, so the mechanical strength and the hardness of the alloy increases gradually, but the plasticity and toughness decrease.
Industrial pure titanium is TA2, because of its corrosion resistance and mechanical properties and physical properties. The wear resistance and strength are higher when the TA3. On the request of a better molding performance can be TA1.
TA1, TA2 in the iron content of 0.095%, oxygen content of 0.08%, hydrogen content of 0.0009%, nitrogen content of 0.0062%, with a very good low temperature toughness and high temperature strength, can be used as -253 at low temperature structure materials.
